For 20+ years, Worth Home Products' patented luxury return vents have been a favorite of designers, builders and luxury homeowners. Crafted of Solid Wood and primed white, our AC covers are optimized for air flow and ready to paint and seamlessly blend into any decor. Designed for easy DIY home improvement projects. 

How to Order

1) Match your filter size.
Order the Worth Home A/C cover size that matches your 1" air filter (NOT your old vent cover).
Example: If your filter is 20" x 20", order a 20" x 20" cover.

2) Confirm your duct size.  Measure BEHIND the old metal vent cover to confirm the inside framing of the air duct/drywall.  Only measure the "hole" in the wall/duct. 
We require at least ⅛" larger than the size you order.Example: A 20" x 20" Worth Vent cover needs a duct opening of at least 20 ⅛" x 20 ⅛" and 3" deep.

3) Choose the correct orientation for your louvers.
Width (left–right) is the first number; height (top–bottom) is the second.

4) Check wall clearance.
Allow 2" of space around the duct opening for our wood frame border.
Example: If trim or baseboard is within 2" of the duct, the cover will require wall modifications. 

5) Make sure you have 3" depth inside.
Check that there are no nails, pipes or beams in the duct that could get in the way of installing the 3" metal sleeve.

✅ Fit checklist: filter size matches, duct is big enough, 3" depth, 2" wall clearance, correct orientation.

Note: For wall use only. Not compatible with 1" metal washable filters. Designed to hold a standard 1" filter with an actual width of .75".
