Pendant light - can light retrofit

We wanted to replace two can lights with a pendant light retrofit kit, so I placed the order but there was only one in stock. I emailed the company and they said that it would take several weeks before the lights would come back into stock. They happily canceled my order.
About six weeks later the pendant lights were back in stock so I re-ordered them and they arrived within a week. Very easy to install and we really like the look. However one of the glass shades was chipped so I emailed the company again and they sent a replacement within a week.
Stuff happens with stock supplies and shipping damage but this company was super responsive twice. Very impressed with their customer service.

Can conversion kit

We ordered two lights. The first one went up great no issues and looks great. However, as we went to install the second one we had an issue. As my husband turned the plastic piece to loosen the cord it broke and he barely turned it. I’ve called to have a replacement sent but no tracking as of yet. So we have one light and still the second one put up. I would think a replacement would have been sent out right away.
