Patented 2-Part- Design
Paint-Grade-Luxury-Series: Our decorative vent covers are made of solid Pine and come primed to paint to match your walls or trim. Our product includes a 16-gauge easy-to-install metal housing that holds a 1" air filter and locks the vent cover in place. The included metal filter housing has a 3" depth. Please confirm you have 3" of unobstructed depth to install our product.
All sizes are listed width by height (W x H). The horizontal blades run in width (W) dimension.
Order your inside hole opening measurements or your Filter Size. To avoid ordering an incorrect size, do not measure the outside of your current vent cover. If you don't have a filter at the vent cover, please remove the old metal cover and measure the rough opening with width/height size noted. Our louvers run on the width dimension.
Our primed vent covers have an outer wood casing that is about 2" larger all around. For example the outer dimensions on a 20 x 25 vent is 22 9/16 x 26.5". Confirm you have clearance from obstacles like baseboards, door jams or decorative trim.

It took a little work to get the depth to fit correctly, but we managed it. Waiting for our odd hot spell to pass to get it painted. Included one before photo, and two afters. I’m sure it will look even better once it is painted. I love the more refined look of it.

We got new doors for our bedrooms and bathroom, and the old vent really stood out as ugly, so I installed this new vent which really put the finishing touches on the hallway in our “residential wing.” It was easy to install, but the removal of the old vent required me to do some gap filling with spackle, which wasn’t a big deal. But I had to do several coats, so it took about 24 hours to fully dry before I could do the final install.
